Author introduces a new view on innovational process on the regional level and demonstrates, that the bindings between phases are so important, that every, even particular and long-term ignored deficiency, can affect the whole outcome of the innovational process in the form of stagnation of the regional development. Besides author aims to comparison of finance to innovational process in South Bohemia with outputs in form of commercialization outputs of innovational process.
