Abstract:
The article describes the partial results of a primary research on the customer behavior in a Czech-German part of the Euroregion Neisse - Nisa - Nysa. The research was carried out in the beginning of the year 2010 in both parts ERN. The main goal of the research was to determine the purchase behavior in a Czech-German part of the ERN and to analyze the potential differences. This contribution deals with the current customer's purchase customs regarding the place of purchase. It tries to show which shops the customers prefer and it finds out the spontaneous shop knowledge according to the type of assortment. The differences in the behavior of the Czech and German respondents are summarized in the conclusion.
