Indicators of evaluation as a core elements of process management in small and medium-sized enterprises

Abstract: Small and medium-sized enterprises play important role in making new job opportunities and take effect as a factor of social stability and economic development of South Bohemian region in general. The European Union considers this sector to be a spinal column of European economics and driving force of innovations, unemployment and social integration. The Czech Republic is ranked among the states where further development character of this sector have substantial impact on the whole economic and social development of the country and single parts of its regions. The aim of this paper is to define the main enterprises processes, in which small and medium-sized enterprises are engaged in and to specify the most important indicators which ensure the processes. In this paper were used data gained within the framework of GAJU 068/2010/S to fulfil this aim.
