Assesment of selected indicators of sustainable rural development in the districts Písek, Tábor, Tachov

Abstract: The comparison of evaluations concerning to rural areas of districts Písek, Tábor, Tachov shows that the border district Tachov has good suppositions for the development because of its favourable demographical structure. The comparably equal characteristic of districts Písek, Tábor, Tachov is the quantitative potential in facilities of civic equipment, which is in the district Tachov slightly exceeding districts Písek and Tábor as the results of settlement interests of previous government regime in the border areas.On the opposite, the contemporary market environment in the district Tachov comparing to inland districts Písek and Tábor shows lower interest of entrepreneurial subjects in this area.This article was created with contribution of grant GA-ČR number 205/97/0081 - "Sustainable rural development...."
