Abstract: Introduction of quality management systems and health unexceptionable have to be compatible with regulation in fill, accept new quality criterions into practice and be prepared for changes. The changes of quality criterions need the processing of new technology also for unfood use of agricultural products. The trend points from detail indexes to common ones.
