Abstract: Contemporary rapid development of IS and IT influences management of all types of organizations and institutions from the firm to the whole economy and world's institutions. Decision, acting and behavior of every person is influenced in the frame of different forms of services. Information itself becomes also service, which citizen, client, customer or worker wants to obtain.
