Abstract: The Program of the country's renaissance (PCR) belongs to the greatest regional developing programs of the Czech Republic. The basis of the National Plan of the country's renaissance creates just PCR. The National Plan provides factual and financial frame of SAPARD's realization. The country's municipalities associate themselves to microregions, where problems of area and possibilities of its future prosperity are solved with other municipalities of determinated area. They can see also possibility of faster and more efficient development of their municipality and the whole attraction's area in integration to microregions.
