Abstract: Labour costs and the level of the wage are one of the monitoring indicators of the process of enlargement of the Czech Republic to the European Union. The enterprises are comparable and valued their competitiveness at the domestic labour market and European labour market. Managers are established ahead of the common reality, business and economy situations. Managers manage these situations of taking decisions and applying the principles of management for going to the prosperity, for increasing productivity and competitiveness. They have to make the best decision for cost-effective payments systems. Job satisfaction and wage satisfaction are one of the motivating factors of the staffs.
