Abstract: The article deals with analysis of services of the City transport enterprise which offers the same transport services to all citizens, but uses different price politics for five different categories of customers. If the customer buys some of offered time tickets instead of individual tickets, there is a saving of price till to 50% for all paying age categories. The level of services is appreciated both for the ticket prices and keeping the bus time table schedule. For evaluating the reality of time table schedule, the method of statistical quality control by means of 6σ was used.
