Their main purpose is, to regulate the production and the export and import activity corresponding to the aims of powerful lobbies. Introducing and curry on the quotas as the plan's implement provides advantages and disadvantages. The milk quotas are quite specific problem and that are at present in our conditions to solve as soon as possible. By help of experience EU countries is necessary to solve a lot of problems concerning four main levels at least; including the options of phasing out of the milk quotas.
