Process of foundation of network of services

Abstract: This contribution deals with the new accesses to solution of the procedure the habitation financing. Nowadays, there are many dynamic changes of market conditions and competition, is characterized by many changes, which can't be foreseen. In the past testified systems of management get old quickly and are not able to solve bigger and bigger problems. The firms, which are not able to react quickly, can't be successful in the competition. The analysis of company General Electric Capital Bank, joint stock company, of team of mortgage services, is realized in the article The traditional product - mortgage - is risky. Therefore the bank provides the global solution and the customer is in the centre of its attention. The key part in this process is played by formation of network. The new organization brings the maximum of the added value for customers and for the participants of the network.
