The position of operative leasing in fleet management

Abstract: This article is orientated on accomplishment of comparative analysis of chosen alternatives in fleet management in road cargo transport. Actually it deals with the comparison of operative leasing of the fleet with individual administration in conditions of food distribution. The analysis is concentrated on comparison of total costs for both alternatives in define term and contains the summary of all assets and risks with the respect of all logistical and economical priorities.
