Abstract:
Systemic approach makes possible solution of analyzed problems in the global way and on qualitative higher level. Its rigorous application increases the quality of realized improvements. The aim of systemic approaches is precede uneffectiveness in production, conception and complexity. Value management is integral complex of specific managerial approaches and activities, which is concentrated on complexity managing of innovative processes. Systemic approach and value management together create effective instrument of increasing of efficiency. competitiveness and of commercial success of firm.
