Abstract: Nowadays, there are many dynamic changes of market conditions and competition - this time is called the age of discontinuity. It is characterized by many changes, which can't be foreseen. The outer milieu, where the organization is active, is called turbulent. In the past testified systems of management get old quickly and are not able to solve bigger and bigger problems. It is necessary to look for new methods of management, which can better react on the new situation. The firms, which are not able to react quickly, cant't be succesfull in the competition. The managing subjects look for the solution in better organization and management, where the new organizational forms belong - flexible organizational structures. They help to solve many complicated tasks, difficult for preparation. They create conditions for the realization of the activites requiring better coordination, motivation, creative activity and constructive cooperation. They increase acceptability and of the organizations. Flexible organizational structures can have different forms and appearrance, for example structures with coordinator, strategic bussines units, network firms, virtual organizations, ameba etc. The conditions are created for project and process management. Strategic alliances come into being. The important of learning organization is growing. On the article, organizations with the influence in Germany and in Czech Republic are tested and compared. The flexible and effective organization can positive influence on competitiveness of enterprice.
