Abstract: The article describes analysis of system of evaluation of teacher's activity in chosen universities - University of Economics, Prague and University of South Bohemia, České Budějovice. The result of research was realization of this evaluation with using of consensus (with the aid of questionnaire) and suggestion of possible system's changes, which are applied in chosen universities. This issue was solved in the frame of research project GAČR.
