Abstract:
In the paper are presented results of research MSM 6215648904, (Brno, 2005) in the area of strategical decision making with emphasize on methods of decision making which make to the company possible to react changes in entrepreneurial environment. The research results argue for the necessity of improvement of strategic management with using of principles of knowledge management and complying with economic and financial relationships.In detail is analyzed the situation in Bioveta, Ltd. Ivanovice na Hané. The paper evolves results of author researches published in scientific journals and in conferences, especially IAES (Rome, 1998), (Vienna, 1999), (Charleston, 2000), (Paris, 2002), CAU PEF Pratur (2002, 2003), SAU FEM Nitra (2002, 2003, 2004), and Agriculture Economics IV/2001 and others.
