Abstract:
The article deals with analysis of corporate culture and its profiting as one of implements strategy human resources management in chosen grocery company. The aim of research was to specify definite factors of corporate culture, typology of corporate culture connected to strategy of human resources management. Strong corporate culture can under certain circumstances compensate corporate strategy, has positive influence to efficiency of company and supports employees’ motivation.
