HDP as a basic indicator of regional competitiveness in Czech Republic with orientation on South Bohemia

Abstract: There is evaluated the level of competitiveness of particular districts with using GDP per capital and its decomposition with orientation on position of South Bohemia district in the article. We used spot method for obtaining of order of districts according the chosen indicators. The South Bohemia district was places on sixth position and reached 44 % level of Prague as the best district in Czech Republic.
