Abstract:
Bruce Maxwell has compiled historic U.S. documents ranging from 1798 to the present that address homeland security. This compilation, Homeland Security: A Documentary History, examines the development of the concept of homeland security in this country as shown through various government documents. Claire Rubin takes a closer look at Maxwell's book in this review examining his efforts.
