Abstract: Travel decisions are made based on the climatic and weather conditions in the destination. The weather during the holiday has a great influence on the holiday experience. This article examines whether bad weather leads to a higher complaint rate among vacation home guests. For this purpose, the correlation between the complaint behavior and the weather parameters temperature, precipitation, wind speed and humidity were investigated. However, a correlation could not be determined.
