Abstract:
The revision of the Package-Travel-Directive caused a lot of attention and anger within the EU member states. This paper focuses on the main changes during the legislative process and also shows the most important implications for the affected interest groups from a German perspective. It points out that the changes in regards to the content are limited. However the industry is going to face a higher administrative burden in the future.
