Abstract: Bisher hat die griechische Rechtsprechung eine Verpflichtung von Banken, im Vollstreckungsfall eine Drittschuldnererklärung abzugeben, abgelehnt. Der Beitrag befasst sich mit einer neuen Entscheidung des Areopag, mit der sich eine Tendenzwende andeutet.
