Abstract: Bis heute sind die Besitzverhältnisse an dauerglobalverbrieften Aktien nicht abschließend geklärt. Insbesondere wird über die Frage gestritten, ob Aktionäre mittelbaren Mitbesitz an einer Dauerglobalurkunde haben. Es ist das Anliegen dieses Beitrags, den mittelbaren Mitbesitz von Aktionären an dauerglobalverbrieten Aktien anhand allgemeiner Besitzdogmatik zu begründen.
