Abstract: Die von der EZB im Zusammenhang mit der Eurokrise ergriffenen Maßnahmen bilden aktuell auch den Gegenstand einiger gerichtlicher Verfahren. Der Beitrag erläutert die Hintergründe dieser Verfahren und legt dar, dass der Streit um die „richtige“ Geldpolitik von diesen letztlich nicht entschieden werden kann.
