Abstract: Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über das Drittlandregime der MiFIR/MiFID II und fokussiert dabei deren Umsetzung durch den Entwurf eines Finanzmarktnovellierungsgesetzes vom 19. 10. 2015. Dabei werden insbesondere Marktzugangskonstellationen beleuchtet und im Rahmen der geplanten Umsetzung diskutiert (z. B. Dienstleistungserbringung an bestimmte Kundengruppen, Konzernsituation etc.) sowie ein etwaiger Bestandsschutz für bereits in Deutschland tätige Drittlandfirmen geprüft.
