Abstract: Further successful development of industrial cooperatives requires increased internationalization. the need for permanent performance improvements and a high degree of acceptance on the part of the member firms. The cooperative federations need to strengthen their auditing and consulting capacities, which have to be future-oriented as well as in accordance with competition laws.
