Abstract:
Analysis of scientific literature and media reveals that the term “value” is enjoying a boom in popularity. As a cooperative is a firm based on common values, this implies great potential. Therefore, this article focuses on the analysis and up-to-dateness of cooperative values and their functions. Our analysis is based on a review of German and international literature. As a result, we present findings regarding the classification and functions of cooperative values.
