Abstract: Today, cooperatives are perceived as a suitable form of organization of human-born movements, what among other things becomes clear in the form of the increased cooperative foundations in the community. Compared with classical cooperative sections these cooperatives are predominantly characterized by heterogeneous member structures. Heterogeneity has advantages and is considered a resource. In summer 2017, a quantitative online survey of organ representatives and members was carried out in community-oriented e.G. The operational condition to integrate knowledge and skills of the resource member in the community cooperative is given. However, we cannot confirm that the participating member is understood as a potential resource.
