Abstract: Knowledge management categorically differs from themanagement of an economic activity. Knowledge management is an unprecedentedactivity in time and space. However different the knowledge is, they need to beembedded in a system, need to be upgraded, expanded. For anyone knowledge is asocial "support"; for companies, firms knowledge of staff is therating, their ability to overcome difficult situations.
