Abstract:
This article presents specific features of managerial communication as a management discipline and its evolution in time. It is also justified the dependence of the management functions and communication process. It can be noted an interdependent relationship between managerial and communication functions, concluding that the communication process is central to the management system of any enterprise. Also in the article are reflected several new approaches that aim the roles of the manager, and the importance of communication in exercising this managerial roles.
