Abstract:
In public administration, frequent changes can disrupt the performance of civil servants, and therefore effective communication is crucial in managing change and maintaining a positive work environment. Through clear and open communication, civil servants can better understand the reasons and goals of change and face new demands with more confidence and adaptability. In addition, effective communication can improve the efficiency of public administration by reducing the risk of errors and misunderstandings during the change process.
