Abstract:
The condition of the Romanian economy has become worse during this period of crisis, the organizations in Romania are facing many financial problems and the impossibility of adapting to the new economic and social context having to pass through painful restructuring which could have been avoided if managers had been more prudent. These are the reasons for which we believe that an analysis of the managers in Romania, an analysis of the impact of their personality and an analysis of the way they influence the performance of the organizations they lead are all necessary.
