Management Strategies Journal, 2016, vol. 31, issue 1, 174-180 Abstract: We can’t just talk about decisions at management level, they appear in every step in the life of everyday individual. In an organization decision making is reserved to the management (top managers, middle managers and lower level managers), but also to their subordinates, resources with which they come into contact with the purpose of good collaboration. With the theme of psychological implications of the decision, this article is structured in two parts. In the first part it is presented the concept of decision, and during the part number two a research based on a survey among human resources of the Centre for Resources and Educational Assistance Maramures is carried out. The working hypothesis of this article assumes that the decisions inside an organization have implications not only on economic-organizational level, but also reflects at the psychological level. The most important lessons learned as a result of the research carried out show that the decision maker must possess handling and management skills in order to reach consensus, and finally to make the best decisions.
