Abstract: The objective of this paper is to analyze the mediating effects of the absorption capacity between relational network of contractors and their entrepreneurial orientation in the specific case of Tunisian SMEs. The originality of this approach lies in the development of the concept of absorption capacity for SMEs which lack the means to profit from their own relational fabrics in terms of identification and exploitation of opportunities business.
