Abstract:
The Romanian legislation find several laws governing the conduct of civil servants in order to increase the quality of administrative and citizen satisfaction, respect the right to good administration laid down in art. 41 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights. Just to encourage the right to good administration, increase citizen satisfaction was created on 6 September 2001 European Code of Good Administrative Behaviour which European citizens and address. After the appearance of this Code and the context in which future we want for Romania a European administration, and in our felt the need to adopt a similar code, for which to Law no. 7/ 2004 on civil servants code of conduct governing rules of professional conduct for civil servants, its contents being found in a form identical or similar principles of the European Code of Good Administrative Behaviour.
