Abstract: The purpose of this study is to compare two diferent concepts: the globalization and the localization. Globalization meams the free circulation of goods, information and technologies. Localization considers that the local plan is the most important, such as: local products and local administration. The Actual Corona Crisis is the case study for better understanding those concepts. This article presents some recent fiscal and monetary policy measures in terms of public spending, taxes, and other financial support both for companies and population in four countries, including Australia, China, Germany and Italy. The risks of actual globalization, means that we have to discuss about a new concept the localization. The definition of Localization is the main contribution of author to the economic literature.
