Abstract: People differ from each other in their possibilities of action, depending on how they approach the problem and what solutions they find to solve it. The success of an activity is conditioned by the way in which the activities are solved, as easily, well and efficiently as possible, this is given through skills. In this article we started from the following questions: To what extent do the dominant features of the manager in the units subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs contribute to the achievement of the organization's objectives? Are the identified features appropriate in crisis situations, such as the current pandemic? In order to find out the answers, we carried out a qualitative empirical research, the result of which supports the ability of these traits to face the challenges and responsibilities imposed by the pandemic crisis.
