Abstract:
As the pace of change accelerated, organizations lost sight of their employees. Without the desire and ability of every employee to change, organizations reduce their ability to change. Thus arose the need for entrepreneurial thinking, based on finding the answer and exploiting change considered an opportunity, so a managerial activity based on flexibility, adaptability and creativity, by reducing interpersonal conflicts and improving employee well-being. This study explores the idea that our challenge is not our methods of change, but rather the human element
