Abstract: The article supplies the information concerning the transformation of informal MFIs to formal ones (Srnec, Havrland 2006). It underlines some risks of finance investors to the microfinancial segment of money market. Financial investors influence the possible development of MFIs and reverse. In contrary, MFIs can farcify or weaken the economic development in local areas and thus to decrease the financial effect and farm sustainable development.
