Abstract: The results of laboratory and field tests are presented. An effect of the quality of vegetative reproduction material of gladiolus cultivar's Wars on spouting and growing of young plants as well as on the healthiness and quality of progeny corms are analysed. In addition, corm diseases are diagnosed and corresponding pathogens are identified.
