Isolation and detection of small RNA molecules

Abstract: The article describes in detail methodical procedures for isolation of small RNA molecules, their electrophoresis, northern blotting and finally detection by hybridization with radioactively labeled riboprobes. The presented protocols were successfully introduced and used in our laboratory.
