ACCRA, 1997, vol. 3, issue 2, 23-43
Abstract:
Application of a strategic approach in an enterprise and management of multiple basic investment projects are generally not reconciled either in the literature or in practice. The purpose of the article is to advance their coordination by bringing together strategy and project analysis at the enterprise operating level. A method based on process analysis is presented which is then applied to a major bank.
