Typologie des systèmes de contrôle organisationnel et performance des opérations d'acquisition

Abstract:
The type of organization controlling system implemented by the corporate group is essential to the success of an acquisition operation. The findings of a questionnaire filled in by some fifty companies have allowed to draw the following conclusions: companies must invest in what they are good at doing, associate that strategy to a strategic controlling system quickly planned and implemented and very often change the manager. Any other approach seems to be uncertain, or less performing, at least regarding the medium-sized groups and companies surveyed
