Abstract:
This study evaluates the links between systems of work practices and firm performance. We examine the impact of employment structure, social climate, remuneration policy, training expenses and work conditions on financial performance. The results are based on a national sampling of 58 firms. The structural model demonstrates predictive power of the training expenses and work conditions.
