La gouvernance des entreprises à la française: le modèle et l'histoire
Jean-Claude Daumas
ACCRA, 2005, vol. 11, issue 3, 167-178
Abstract:
By dint of piling up platitudes and approximations the model of governance of French industries that prevails in literature only allows a grotesque view of the system at work between 1945 and 1985. Therefore this paper aims to check it against what really exists, not to offer any alternative model, but rather, by adopting a critical inventory stance to point out the issues it raises.
