Abstract:
Most French researchers, when they present their subject matter, talk about their « problematic », and use that term with many different meanings. We try here to clarify what are management problems. We first try a definition (recurring dilemma for managers) and then present several examples. In a second part, we examine the consequences of such a definition of management problems on that of management science. On two levels : pedagogical and epistemological.
