Gestion de la relation fournisseurs: étude des relations entre les modes de contrôle et les dimensions des transactions

Valérie Fernandes

ACCRA, 2007, vol. 13, issue 2, 53-74

Abstract: The aim of this research is to study the relationships between suppliers control modes and transactions dimensions. The theoretical framework is then empirically tested on an aeronautics company?s supply chain. The results show that strong assets specificity is linked to an informal control mode (social control) and that the more important uncertainty is, and the more social the control mode is.
