Abstract:
This article examines the problematics of management controlling in independent professions through the case study of 350 notary public offices. The question could be summarized in these terms : what are the contributions of a management control system in independent professions and what are the key factors of success of management control setting up in such small businesses ? To answer this question, a « qualimetrics » methodology of research has been used, which combines the qualitative model and the quantitative model.
