Évaluation micro-économique du passage par un contrat de qualification. Les enseignements d'une analyse des effets bruts

Abstract: Microeconomic evaluation of employment policies uses data about beneficiariesandacontrol population to estimatetheneteffects of going through a programme. This essential work does not always give a clear picture of how the programmes being evaluated work. We propose further exploratory work in this paper to analyse the unadjusted effects of training contracts by highlighting the main characteristics of the time spent in the programme. We use the multidimensional evaluation approach developed by François Stankiewicz. In particular, we try to identify the effects of training and contacts with the firm. The most influential characteristic of a training contract seems to be the location where the training takes place.
