L’impact de l’électrification rurale: enjeux et perspectives
Maximo Torero
Revue d’économie du développement, 2015, vol. 23, issue 3, 55-83
Abstract:
Potential positive impacts of rural electrification on development seem to be accepted by consensus in scientific literature. However, methods to precisely evaluate these impacts are discussed and highlighting the issues faced by impacts estimations appears to be crucial. Evaluations are methodologically challenging but highly needed because they are used to justify projects.
